This is a reasonably new installation of solar panels and the property owner had noticed the pigeons paying attention almost straight away. Having seen some quite horrific situations recently, such as pigeons trapped under solar panels and huge build ups of guano (pigeon poop), it was good to get this extra-strong pigeon weld-mesh in place before the pigeons actually moved in.
Properly fitted pigeon mesh will not affect the running or efficiency of your solar panels and it won't affect your warranty.
