There's nothing quite like a solar panel for providing the ultimate in luxury nesting for a discerning pigeon - especially in Radcliffe-on-Trent!
Who can blame the pigeons for wanting to nest here - out of the way of predators and wedged between the solar panels and the roof. Therein lies the problem - very often the chicks get trapped and come to a horrible end.
Apart from that, the nesting preparations can come with an awful lot of debris and pigeon poop, as in the case of this property.
We arranged a visit and pretty quickly had out cherrypicker up and running to reach the more difficult-to-access panels. We soon had our super-strong weld-mesh in place - it won't affect your solar panels in any way but it will keep the pigeons out.
