In this case, an effective but slightly different approach to keeping pigeons from nesting under solar panels
We got a message from a home owner in Mickleover, telling us about the problems they were having with pigeons trying to nest under their solar panels, generally making a mess and a nuisance of themselves.
We'd usually fit our extra strong weld-mesh as this does the job very effectively. What was different about this case was the customer wanted to use a particular type of pigeon-proofing - 'Solar Stixx'. This is also a really good system that adjusts well particularly well to pantile or wave-style tiles. The customer had done their research and we were happy to oblige. They cost more but we can see the appeal.
