After clearing quite a bit of debris in the form of guano (pigeon poo) we were able to get on with the job
We've seen worse in terms of what pigeons can do to roofs and solar panels but they'd certainly made a mess of this particular installation.
We cleared the gutters of large amounts of debris and then made a start installing our extra strong pigeon mesh. This really does keep the pigeons from nesting under your solar panels and it will stop them messing up your roof and guttering. It won't affect the performance of your solar panels an an y detrimental way.
