Just in time for Halloween - haunted by bats!
During renovations, bats were found to have set up home in the roof space of this property. The builders realised they needed to bring in a licensed consultant. Bat boxes were set up nearby and the bats actually re-homed themselves, which is quite unusual but was a fantastic solution.
We were then tasked with clearing up after the bats - there was an awful lot of guano - not pleasant at all. Generally speaking bats cannot be disturbed so everybody was really pleased with this outcome.
